Delivery
During checkout, you will be prompted to enter your delivery address and select a shipping option. While we aim to deliver promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to reliance on third-party delivery services. We offer Royal Mail tracked 24-hour and 48-hour delivery options.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Under UK law, customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt. If you cancel an order before dispatch, a full refund will be issued. To initiate a return, please contact us with the following details: order number, purchase date, receipt date, purchaser’s name, address, and reason for return.
